Julie was exceptional throughout our vacation planning. All was going well until our flights were delayed and the connecting flight was missed. We therefore missed the embarkation on our cruise. Our flights were booked through the cruise line. The cruise line was not helpful to us at all and suggested we cancel our cruise. JULIE was the only involved party who was willing to help us.She worked for over 8 hours~ not an exaggeration, we were a family of 7~ to get us rebooked on already overbooked flights. She helped us find hotels in connecting cities and land transportation to the port we needed to get to. She was never upset or frustrated with us. She assured us that her mission was to see that we had our much anticipated vacation, and in the end, all thanks to Julie, we did. She also checked in with us during the cruise to make sure that all was going well. That is the value of having a dedicated travel agent on your side!
Julie is an excellent travel agent. I have used her on many trips. She is very knowledgeable and listens to what you are interested in doing and then plans accordingly. I have used Julie to plan both cruises and land trips and she does a great job! She makes traveling a breeze, giving her clients time to just enjoy the trip. She has planned trips for us to Ireland, Iceland, Hawaii and more! Julie is my go to for all my travel needs and I highly recommend her!
Julie recently helped my fiancé and I plan and book our destination wedding & honeymoon! Julie has been my travel agent for almost ten years. Whether booking a cruise or a road trip through Ireland, she always delivers above my expectations. Julie listens and has vast knowledge of the travel industry so her suggestions are always excellent. Her choices of hotels in Italy were outstanding as well as advising off-site cruise parking or limousine services. No detail is too small or overlooked which allows me to “ leave it to Julie” and relax and enjoy myself. Julie was great. Very patient as we had to make a couple of changes in the beginning of the booking stage.
If I had questions and Julie was not certain of the answer, she contacted the resort and got back to me immediately! She also checked on us while away to make sure everything was going well!
